The role requires someone equally comfortable designing HR frameworks from the ground up and managing the human dimensions of a complex, multidisciplinary organization. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 h3HR Strategy Organizational Development /h3 ul liDefine and implement Institute Itech's HR strategy in alignment with the organization's international growth roadmap /li liDesign and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, and workforce planning frameworks /li liAdvise executive leadership on people strategy, talent priorities, and organizational design decisions /li liSupport the development and scaling of HR processes, policies, and systems as the organization grows /li /ul h3Talent Acquisition Recruitment /h3 ul liLead and oversee the full recruitment cycle for all roles across technical, scientific, administrative, and executive functions /li liDefine hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and selection methodologies appropriate to each role and geography /li liEnsure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process /li liCollaborate with department heads and project leads to anticipate and address hiring needs proactively /li /ul h3Onboarding, Performance Development /h3 ul liDesign and manage onboarding programs that ensure rapid integration and cultural alignment for new hires across geographies /li liImplement and oversee performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development planning /li liIdentify training and development needs across the organization and coordinate relevant initiatives /li liSupport managers in handling performance-related conversations and development plans /li /ul h3HR Operations Compliance /h3 ul liOversee all HR administrative operations including contracts, employment records, payroll coordination, and compliance reporting /li liEnsure full compliance with Italian labor law and applicable international employment regulations across Institute Itech's active geographies /li liManage relationships with external HR advisors, legal counsel, and employment authorities as required /li liMaintain and continuously improve HR documentation, internal policies, and procedural frameworks /li /ul h3Culture, Engagement International HR /h3 ul liFoster a positive, inclusive,



and high-performance organizational culture across all teams and locations /li liDesign and implement employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and recognition programs /li liSupport the HR dimensions of Institute Itech's international expansion, including the onboarding of teams in new geographies /li liServe as a trusted point of reference for staff on all people-related matters /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in bHuman Resources, Psychology, Business Administration /b, or a closely related discipline /li lib4–6 years of experience /b in HR management or people operations, with demonstrated ownership of the full HR function /li liSolid knowledge of bItalian labor law /b and HR compliance requirements /li liProven experience managing bend-to-end recruitment /b across diverse role typologies /li liExperience designing and implementing bHR processes, policies, and organizational frameworks /b /li libStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills /b /li libAbility to operate autonomously and with sound judgment in a fast-moving, international environment /b /li libFluent Italian (mandatory) /b /li libFluent English (mandatory) /b /li libDiscretion, reliability, and a high standard of professional integrity /b /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience managing HR operations across multiple geographies or international subsidiaries /li liFamiliarity with HR management systems and applicant tracking tools (Personio, BambooHR, Workday, or equivalent) /li liBackground in technology, research, or innovation-driven organizational contexts /li liKnowledge of employment regulations in GCC, Middle Eastern, or Asian markets /li liExperience supporting organizational scaling, restructuring, or international expansion /li liAdditional language skills (Arabic, Mandarin, or French considered an asset) /li liHR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) considered a plus /li /ul h3Benefits Provided /h3 ul liStrategic HR leadership role at the heart of Institute Itech's organizational and international development /li liDirect collaboration with executive leadership and department heads across all flagship projects /li liFull ownership of the HR function with mandate to build and scale people operations /li liGrowth path toward Head of Human Resources or Chief People Officer /li liHybrid work model with international scope /li liReimbursement of approved travel and HR representation expenses /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pbAnnual Gross Salary: €55,000 /b, in line with mid-level HR management profiles. /p pAdditional performance-based incentives may be provided based on organizational milestones and HR outcomes. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
