The successful candidate will oversee the administration and maintenance of enterprise productivity, messaging, and identity management architecture across hybrid cloud environments. Primary responsibilities involve managing identity federation, troubleshooting authentication and access issues, and ensuring seamless platform availability across core services. Additionally, the ideal candidate will partner with internal IT stakeholders to drive infrastructure improvements and enhance overall environment security.Responsibilities:Provide technical support and administration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystemManage and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Exchange on-premisesSupport hybrid Exchange environments and related migrations/configurationsManage Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity servicesAdminister and support OKTA and identity federationTroubleshoot authentication, access and permissions issuesSupport Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related platformsWork within a structured, multinational enterprise environmentCollaborate with internal IT teams and other technical stakeholdersAssist with infrastructure improvements, troubleshooting and ongoing service managementEnsure the stability, security and availability of Microsoft 365 servicesSkills/Must Have:Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365Strong Exchange experience across both on-premises and Exchange OnlineExperience working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Experience with OKTAStrong understanding of enterprise identity, authentication and access managementExperience working within large‑scale or multinational enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider technical teamsDesirable Skills:Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environmentsKnowledge of Microsoft 365 security and complianceExperience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrivePowerShell scripting/automation experienceExperience with enterprise migrations and infrastructure projectsWorking ArrangementSalary:€250 per day#J-18808-Ljbffr
