Amilon is looking for a Senior Business Developer to support the growth of its business in Italy, with a focus on the Gift Card and Fringe Benefits market . The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly within the HR sector.
Develop and manage the Italian B2B market , with a focus on Gift Cards and Fringe Benefits.
Identify and prospect new corporate clients , particularly HR departments and decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle , from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Contribute to the development of the sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Business Development team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with other Sales teams to ensure a consistent approach and contribute to shared revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
3+ years of experience in Business Development or similar commercial roles.
~ Experience in Fringe Benefits, Meal Vouchers, Welfare, HR services , or related industries is preferred.
~ Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition .
~ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
~ Customer-oriented and consultative approach.
~ Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
~ Professional-level English .
~ Strong sales-driven mindset and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and understand customer needs.
Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing commercial opportunities.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with an international team.
Curiosity towards new sales approaches, market trends, and business opportunities.
Full remote, based in Italy , with regular travel within the assigned territory.
