Since 2018, Agap2 Italia has been operating nationwide in the following sectors: strongEnergy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation and Construction. /strong /ppbr / /ppABOUT THE ROLE – Electrical Engineer /ppWe are looking for an strongElectrical Engineer /strong to join an important strongOil Gas /strong project. /ppReporting to the strongJacket Engineering Coordinator /strong, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment for Oil Gas facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, project specifications and safety requirements throughout all project phases. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /ppbr / /ppDesign Engineering /pulliReview and contribute to the design of electrical power distribution systems, including strongLV, MV and HV /strong systems. /liliReview strongSingle Line Diagrams (SLDs), load lists, cable schedules, grounding and lighting layouts /strong. /liliReview electrical equipment selection, including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, batteries and motors. /liliSupport electrical system studies such as strongload flow, short circuit, arc flash and protection coordination /strong. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, including strongIEC, NEC, IEEE, API, NEMA and ATEX /strong. /li /ulpbr / /ppProject Execution Procurement /pulliReview vendor documentation and technical specifications. /liliPrepare strongMaterial Requisitions (MRs), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs) /strong and equipment datasheets. /liliInterface with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams to ensure proper integration of electrical systems with other disciplines. /liliSupport technical clarification and coordination activities with vendors and suppliers. /li /ulpbr / /ppConstruction Commissioning /pulliSupervise electrical installation activities and verify compliance with approved designs and project standards.
/liliSupport inspection, testing and pre-commissioning of electrical equipment. /liliParticipate in strongFATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) /strong and strongSATs (Site Acceptance Tests) /strong. /liliSupport troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during installation and commissioning. /li /ulpbr / /ppOperations Maintenance /pulliProvide technical support to Operations teams for troubleshooting and maintenance activities. /liliReview condition-monitoring data, including strongIR thermography and insulation resistance tests /strong. /liliParticipate in root cause analysis of electrical failures. /liliSupport activities aimed at maintaining asset integrity and optimizing electrical system performance throughout the asset lifecycle. /li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /pullistrongBachelor#39;s Degree in Electrical Engineering /strong or equivalent qualification. /liliAt least strong5 years of professional experience /strong in the relevant discipline after obtaining the university degree. /liliPrevious experience in electrical engineering activities within the strongOil Gas sector /strong, preferably in onshore and/or offshore environments. /liliIn-depth knowledge of electrical design for Oil Gas facilities. /liliGood knowledge of stronghazardous area classification /strong and electrical equipment selection. /liliExperience with electrical system modelling software such as strongETAP, SKM or DIgSILENT /strong. /liliGood understanding of electrical protection systems, earthing, lighting and lightning protection. /liliKnowledge of relevant international standards and regulations. /liliStrong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
