What your new challenge will look like

- Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
- Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
- Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
- Monitoring logistics performance and costs
- Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures
Why you belong at 4flow

- You hold a Master's degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment
- You have initial experience in team management and development
- You are results-oriented and customer-focused
- You demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to unexpected situations and peak activity periods, while favoring a structured problem-solving approach
- You have advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (in particular Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems
- You show a strong interest in the transport and logistics sector and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with extensive use of remote communication tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and xysqume English are required
