Together we have the goal: to make dairy farming interesting for the next generation. /ppbr / /ppstrongJob Description /strong /ppbr / /ppAs a Technical Service Support for Milking, you will be the technical expert for our automatic milking robots. Your role is to support our Lely Centers in delivering excellent technical service, developing their expertise and ensuring our solutions perform at their best. By working closely with technicians, customers and Lely International, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat will you do? /strong /ppbr / /pulliProvide second-line technical support to Lely Center technicians by resolving complex technical issues through phone, remote support and ticket management. /liliDeliver technical training courses and hands-on workshops to help Lely Center technicians develop their knowledge and skills. /liliSupport the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Lely milking robots and herd management software when additional technical expertise is required. /liliVisit farms to perform technical audits, validate solutions in the field and support technicians during critical interventions. /liliTest and validate new products, features and technical solutions,



providing structured feedback to Lely International to support continuous improvement. /liliShare technical knowledge and best practices across the network of Lely Centers. /liliYou monthly participate in the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field technicians. /liliOccasionally travel to the Lely Campus in the Netherlands or to other Clusters for training, meetings and international projects. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWe would like you to apply if you: /strong /ppbr / /pulliHold a strongTechnical Diploma /strong in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a technical service or engineering role, strongor /strong stronghold a Bachelor#39;s degree /strong in a relevant technical discipline where prior work experience is not required. /liliHave a good understanding of electrical principles and troubleshooting. /liliSpeak and write fluent English. /liliEnjoy working with both hardware and software technologies. /liliAre familiar with digital tools and diagnostic applications. /liliBasic knowledge of a programming language is considered a plus. /liliKnowledge of the agricultural sector or dairy farming is an advantage, but not essential. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongFurthermore, you are: /strong /ppbr / /pulliCurious and eager to learn.
