ph3Your day To Day /h3 pAs Lab Analyst you will be part of our Quality department for Philip Morris Manufacturing Technology Bologna S.p.A. The position will be based in Crespellano (BO). /p pA key responsibility is to apply well‑defined methods and work instructions to perform routine analyses and technical activities to ensure that all raw materials, semi‑finished and finished products are appropriately analyzed and monitored. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute quality plans and perform physical/chemical tests on raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished products. Guarantee accurate and timely reporting in the laboratory management system. /li liOperate, verify, and calibrate laboratory equipment per PMI and ISO requirements, maintaining logbooks and resolving deviations using problem‑solving tools. /li liManage non‑conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions. Update and standardize procedures to improve quality processes. /li liEnsure full compliance with PMI and legal standards on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability, promoting a proactive safety culture. /li liContribute to projects impacting product quality, ensuring compliance with QMS and ISO 9001/17025 standards. /li liManage retention samples and ensure proper data recording for full traceability. /li liShare relevant information to support smooth quality processes and team productivity.
/li /ul h3Who We’re Looking For /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in chemistry (or equivalent disciplines) /li liKnowledge in MS Office Package. /li liKnowledge of international standards (ISO). Advanced knowledge on quality tools, root cause analysis, analytical skills, statistical tool knowledge.
