We are over 1,300 employees strong, all focused on customer success. /ppbThis position is based in our offices in the centre of Rome, and we are looking for an Associate to join our team. /b /pulliUse extensive product and industry knowledge to effectively serve as the business/functional advisor for large, complex, cross-product, high-profile projects, translating business requirements into solution needs while configuring the application to meet those objectives. /liliConsistently and independently build functional solutions within the Statement of Work (SOW) specifications, meeting all scope, time, and budget requirements. /liliDevelop and maintain project documentation with minimal or no support from others. /liliLeads the collaboration with other departments within JAGGAER to address and resolve client issues. Proactively establishes communications with JAGGAER peers across departments to avoid issues. /liliManages a portfolio of assigned implementation projects, including large, complex projects, and may carry a heavier project load when the business dictates. /liliProactively and accurately identify and manage project risks, including s/w issue resolution, scope challenges, and project delays, and is often able to avoid issues with early identification of the risk. /liliIndependently lead on-site and remote requirement-gathering sessions. /liliEstablish and manage relationships with clients to sustain a strong business connection. /liliEnsure a successful client transition from Implementation to Support. /liliProvide guidance for and deliver against all project controls, including budget vs. actual for project hours, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment, with a high degree of accuracy and less support.



/liliManage communication of appropriate project information to clients and within JAGGAER, including executives and senior-level management. /liliIdentify, communicate, and manage changes to project scope that have an impact on the company’s resources, time, and/or financial commitments via a change order process. /liliProvide continual work direction and mentoring to other team members and influence others through motivation and encouragement to accomplish team goals. /liliRelay business process recommendations based on client requirements. /liliDevelop and consult on best practice recommendations for business process changes. /liliDevelops and leads the adoption of best practices. /liliManages additional stretch assignments beyond client projects. /li /ulpbPosition Requirements /b /pulliBachelor's degree preferred /lili0-3 years of business experience/ demonstrated experience in application implementations /providing consulting services in a client environment /lilieProcurement, InSupply Chain, or Contract Lifecycle Management software application experience is preferred. /liliSignificant experience implementing software-as-a-service (SaaS) software solutions or ERPs with systems integration preferred. /liliExcellent project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills. /liliMust be able to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment. /liliAbility to consistently act independently, take initiative, and drive tasks and issues to resolution. /liliStrong, executive-level presence and experience in facilitation. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.



Will work extensively over the phone and in person with clients and suppliers. /liliHands-on experience with project management methodologies; Waterfall is preferred /liliBusiness automation and workflow process development are desirable. /liliProficient in the use of PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, and Word as well as other typical business productivity tools. /liliIs experienced, confident, articulate, succinct, professional, and has sound judgment and critical thinking skills. /liliInnovative, forward-thinking, develop and scrutinize best practices. /liliEarly adopter and able to influence change. /liliSuccessfully manage a changing environment. /liliRequired to travel domestically and internationally. Travel ranges from 20-30%.
