You will work alongside Cisco Sales, CX, and Engineering teams while becoming a core extension of the customer’s IT organization. /ph3Your Role /h3ulliAct as the bprimary technical authority /b for complex, business-critical network environments /liliProvide proactive and reactive high-touch engineering support /liliLead SEV-1 / SEV-2 incidents and resolve chronic, large-scale network issues /liliInfluence network architecture, upgrades, and long-term optimization /liliBuild strong relationships with customer engineers, architects,
