etc… /liliSupports the Sales Team /liliInteracts with Invoicing and Orders/Credit Collection Team /liliInteracts with the Tech Support Team /liliInteracts with ZOLL EMEA colleagues and German central warehouse /li /ulh3Document Management /h3ulliPatients’ records input into ERP /liliShipping document issuing /liliFitting/Prescription and Dismissions documents intake + upload into ERP system and OneDrive /liliPurchase Orders intake + upload into ERP system and OneDrive + internal sharing /liliCreation of new Hospitals accounts /liliPhysicians’ directory creation and update /li /ulh3Logistics Activities /h3ulliInventory check on the national territory /liliCoordination and management of returning shipments; support on top urgent shipments /liliRegular reporting, analyses and forecasting (ex. monthly reports on total number of shipments / returns / top urgent deliveries / open complaints / new LifeVest sets orders vs number of fittings, etc..) /liliQuality Management – check and replacement of expiring items / damaged items /liliInteraction with the German warehouse /liliCommunication with logistics partners /li /ulh3Competences /h3ulliNative Italian speaker and fluent English /liliSolid MS Office expertise, with a strong focus on Excel (advanced level) and confident with ERP systems /liliOrganized, precise, respectful, friendly, team oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills both internally with co-workers and externally with customers and business partners /liliGoal-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach /li /ulh3Pay Range : 28/33K Euro /h3pThe compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
