As a Business Manager , you will be at the heart of our Italian development strategy. You will drive business growth, talent acquisition, and operational excellence , acting as a true entrepreneur within the company.
Business Development & Management
Build and develop a portfolio of key accounts (large groups, SMEs, and high-tech startups)
Identify and qualify new opportunities in the Italian industrial ecosystem
Lead commercial negotiations and proposals (staffing, projects, service centers)
Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis (semiconductors, automation, energy, etc.)
Recruitment & Team Management
Build and manage your own team of consultants
Delivery & Operations
Supervise project execution in collaboration with technical teams
Guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Manage project profitability and business KPIs
Develop partnerships with local ecosystems (industry, clusters, universities)
Education & Experience
~ Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
~3 to 7 years of experience in business management and development in engineering services / consulting industry
~ Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to operate in a fast-growing international environment
Languages
Italian: English: Professional level
French: Build from scratch : take a key role in launching and scaling our Italian business
International exposure : work with European teams and major industrial clients
Entrepreneurial scope : full responsibility on your business unit
Strong positioning in high-tech sectors with long-term projects
