Based in Milan but supporting our SaaS division in Germany, we are looking for a
full-time employee in the Applications Operations team to start as soon as
possible.

Job descripiton:




* Manage and support SaaS environments based on OBS (Objectway Banking Suite),
including the interfaces connecting OBS with other system
* Monitor daily and end-of-day processing to ensure smooth and reliable
operations, while supporting software releases and deployments for customers.
* Work closely with the core banking development, project management and client
support teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
* Contribute to ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, customer requirements,
internal standards and applicable regulations, as well as coordinating and
performing testing activities when required.

Required Skills:

* IT background through completed studies or equivalent practical experience in
IT or banking environments.
* Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
* Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.
