As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of systems and devices, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical service. - Handle service requests ensuring planning, organization, and execution of direct customer support services, promptly visiting customers, analyzing technical problems, and identifying the most appropriate solution;
- Prepare servicequotes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the profitability goals of the division;
- Promote technical maintenance contracts,



customizing the offer based on the customer's needs;
- Ensure the inventory is up to date and manage the direct handling of tools;
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities through the analysis of customer needs and collaboration with sales and marketing teams;
- Establish effective relationships with customers to meet their needs, ensuring a positive outcome in terms of customer satisfaction and product image;
- Support the KAMin performing competitive intelligence analysis and identifying sales opportunities for injection systems and disposables;
- Responsible forcarrying out administrative tasks to ensure the company's quality and safety standards as outlined by the policies.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Biomedical/Electronic/Informatic Engineering or equivalent;
- 4-6 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance;
- Customer oriented approach;
