It’s the ideal role for someone who wants to understand bhow a train really works /b, not just a single component. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do (and why it’s exciting) /b /pulliAnalyze system and subsystem requirements (doors, braking, toilets, PIS, HVAC, etc.). /liliManage electrical, mechanical, and software interfaces across multiple subsystems. /liliPrepare and review technical documentation (SRS, ICD, FMEA, VV). /liliCoordinate suppliers and internal teams during integration phases. /liliSupport testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities on the vehicle. /liliContribute to configuration management and non‑conformity resolution. /li /ulpThis is a role where you bdon’t work on one subsystem /b — you work on the btrain as a system /b.



/ppbr/ppbWho We’re Looking For /b /pulliMaster’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Transportation or similar). /lili2+ years of experience working with complex systems (railway, automotive, avionics welcome). /liliStrong Italian and English communication skills. /liliAnalytical mindset, curiosity, and a desire to grow. /li /ulpbr/ppbCore Skills /b /pulliSystem Engineering: requirements, V‑model, interface management. /liliAbility to read and interpret technical specifications. /liliHardware/software integration. /liliSolid technical problem‑solving. /liliClear communication across multidisciplinary teams. /li /ulpbNice‑to‑Have Skills /b /pulliExperience with railway subsystems (doors, braking, HVAC, toilets, PIS). /liliKnowledge of railway standards (EN 50126/8/9). /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pullibSalary range: 35k€–45k€ /b, based on experience. /liliPermanent contract. /liliGrowth paths toward System Lead or Technical Specialist. /liliReal, long‑term, complex projects — not “intern‑level tasks”. /liliA young, technical, collaborative environment. /li /ulpbr/ppbInclusion /b /ppWe value diversity and promote it throughout the entire selection process. /ppbr/p
