pAs Spain Italy Marketplace Leader, you will be accountable for the both countries marketplace business, owning PL performance and delivering against clear input and output metrics across selection, pricing, availability, and seller quality. /ppYou will operate as the single-threaded owner for the country, setting the strategic direction and driving disciplined execution. This role requires a leader who combines strong business judgment with operational rigor, and who can continuously raise the performance bar. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliOwn Spain Italy marketplace PL, delivering on revenue, margin, and free cash flow targets; /liliDefine and execute country strategy, grounded in data, with clear prioritisation across categories and growth levers; /liliDrive input metrics (selection expansion, price competitiveness, seller performance, availability) to achieve output goals; /liliLead a multi-functional team, setting high standards for hiring, performance management,



and talent development; /liliInspect and improve mechanisms, establishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to drive accountability; /liliPartner with global stakeholders to influence roadmap, allocate resources, and remove structural constraints. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /pulliExperience as a senior leader within e-commerce or marketplace with a country/regional scope; /liliStrong understanding of European marketplace and sellers; /liliComfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations; /liliStructured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams; /liliProven success in building long-term B2B and cross border partnerships; /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul
