Since 2012, Esyen has been actively involved in key European Space Programmes, including Navigation, Earth Observation and Secure Satellite Communications. We have a strong footprint across Italy, France, Germany and Spain, delivering Ground Segment expertise with a focus on quality, reliability and innovation. We are looking for a Bid & Contract Specialist to join our Commercial Department on a full-time basis.
Identify, monitor and assess new tender opportunities and business prospects aligned with the Company's growth strategy.
Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through proposal submission, working closely with technical teams and key stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners,
and prime contractors throughout the bidding, negotiation, and contract award process.
Coordinate contracts overseeing the successful execution of activities and ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments.
Support Business Development initiatives by identifying and developing new opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, customer requirements, applicable regulations and internal company procedures.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Bid Management, Business Development, Account Management or related commercial roles;
Proven experience in managing complex bids and proposals;
Previous experience in the Space industry (preferred)
Strong understanding of procurement processes, tenders and contract management;
