Lo scopra qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura per essere preso/a in considerazione.NOUBA is an Italian beauty brand with a strong heritage in color cosmetics and a growing international presence.As part of an ambitious phase of growth and transformation, we are strengthening our Milan team and looking for a Digital & E-Commerce Executive – Mandarin/Chinese Speaker (mandatory) to support the development of our digital business and the day-to-day execution of our e-commerce activities within an international and cross-cultural environment.The RoleThe Digital & E-Commerce Executive will support the management and development of the brand's digital sales channels, with a particular focus on the official e-commerce website, marketplaces and TikTok Shop.This is a hands-on role combining e-commerce operations, digital marketing and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will work closely with our Milan-based functions, external partners and international teams, supporting the execution of digital initiatives and facilitating effective communication with our Headquarters in China.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management and update of the e-commerce website, including product catalogue, content, pricing, promotions and commercial activationsSupport the development and operational management of marketplaces and TikTok ShopExecute and coordinate online product launches, promotional activities and digital commercial campaignsMonitor website and e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion, sales and key digital KPIsSupport performance marketing activities across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant digital platformsContribute to CRM, email marketing, customer retention and database development activitiesCoordinate day-to-day activities with external agencies and digital partners,
