Use a needs-based approach to understand client preferences and recommend tailored audio-visual solutions.
Communicate B&O;'s craftsmanship, design, and luxury positioning through storytelling .
Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and present staged solutions.
Prepare quotations, close sales in-store, and follow up within 1–2 hours.
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management : register leads immediately, track actions, and prioritize high-value opportunities.
Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and memorable store experiences.
Leverage your network to invite HNWI clients for private demos, VIP events, and exclusive previews.
Generate B2B leads with luxury hotels, restaurants, and premium venues.
Grow partnerships with architects and interior designers across Tuscany, including regular visits to clients and design studios in Robusto dei Marmi and Florence .
Represent the brand at in-store and external events to expand the pipeline.
Develop expert knowledge of B&O; products, materials, and technical features.
Integrate solutions like Beoliving Intelligence and Beoconnect Core into sales offerings.
Use sales tools such as Odoo, Teams, Office 365, and WhatsApp for Business.
Follow the ASBIS Group Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical, transparent, and professional interactions.
Strong personalized service skills and active listening.
Attention to detail and premium customer service mindset.
Proven proactive sales experience, ideally in luxury or audio/video.
CRM and pipeline management experience.
Fluent in Italian and English.
