pWe are seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering activities across ASEE Ltd projects in strongItaly /strong. This role is responsible for overseeing site engineering functions, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting project delivery in line with specifications, client requirements, and industry standards, particularly within complex and critical environments such as data centres. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead and manage all site engineering activities across projects /liliReview and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation /liliEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with design intent and project requirements /liliCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives /liliSupervise and mentor site engineers and junior team members /liliMonitor project progress and ensure engineering milestones are achieved /liliIdentify and resolve complex technical issues and provide engineering solutions /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards /liliOversee quality control and ensure works meet required standards /liliSupport planning, scheduling, and resource allocation /liliManage site documentation, reports, and engineering records /liliContribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and project delivery /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills Competencies /strong /pullistrongTechnical Expertise:
