The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results. /p h3Principal Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipSupport the definition and deployment of the Site Transformation Plan, ensuring alignment across site functions and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals, metrics, and results. /p /li lipDrive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies, leading problem‑solving initiatives to address bottlenecks, improve productivity, quality, and lead time across manufacturing and transactional processes. /p /li lipPromote and implement standard work practices to simplify processes, ensure consistency, and improve the quality of outputs. /p /li lipIdentify improvement opportunities and manage CI projects, developing business cases, tracking project outcomes, and ensuring delivery of operational and financial benefits. /p /li lipTrain and coach employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools, supporting the spread of the CI culture and guiding colleagues through Continuous Improvement and certification paths. /p /li /ul h3Key Competencies:
