This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of finance, distribution and marketing, working closely with senior regional leadership and the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer.About the RoleThe Business Finance Partner will provide strategic financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to senior stakeholders across the Southern Region. The role plays a key part in shaping regional strategy, ensuring financial discipline, and driving performance across sales, marketing and product initiatives.You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into clear commercial insights and helping guide decisions that impact growth, profitability and resource allocation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership across distribution and marketing to support strategic decision-makingLead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Southern RegionProvide insight and analysis on revenue, margins, costs,
and headcountEvaluate commercial initiatives, business cases and investment opportunitiesSupport marketing spend effectiveness and ROI analysisDrive cost efficiency, revenue growth and productivity opportunitiesEnsure high-quality management reporting and performance insightsCollaborate with global finance and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistencyContinuously improve financial processes, reporting and data qualityAbout YouStrong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial financeBackground in asset management, financial services or a similar complex matrix environmentStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersComfortable working across multiple countries and business linesExcellent analytical and communication skillsFluent in English (Italian language skills preferred)Able to operate in a fast-paced, senior stakeholder environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible regional finance role with significant influence over strategy, performance and investment decisions across a key growth region. xrtlpzc Competitive salary and benefits package on offer, along with strong career development opportunities within a global organisation.
