pstrongPosition: Service Engineer Italy (m/f/d) /strong /ppstrongLocation: Remote (Italy) /strong /ppbr / /ppAs a Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of GoodWe’s technical support, providing Level 2 service to customers and assisting the local Level 1 hotline teams with escalated issues. You will also support the training of the L1 team, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery. In this role, you will be a key part of the Europe regional team supporting our sales growth and maintaining customer loyalty. /ppA typical day involves direct collaboration with key distribution and installation partners, facilitating training sessions, and working closely with our headquarters#39; service and RD teams. /ppThis role offers the opportunity to deeply engage with technical challenges and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers, service partners, RD, product managers, sales, etc.). Your contributions will be crucial in positioning GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider in Europe region. /ppbr / /ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /polliTake full responsibility for technical support of solar/PV/BESS products for overseas markets, including providing professional product consultation and answering overseas customers’ inquiries regarding product performance, technical specifications, and application scenarios. /liliOrganize and deliver technical training programs for different customer groups, develop tailored training plans, and ensure customers fully understand product operation, installation, and maintenance requirements. /liliConduct on-site commissioning and debugging at customer project sites according to actual project requirements,
ensuring stable and reliable operation of solar/PV/BESS systems.
