Deal equipment has been used in the construction of over 5.9 million sqm of decks all over the world with Deal’s parent company executing directly roughly 2.5 million sqm of these. Deal provides services that range from conceptual and detailed design of pre-fabrication and erection systems, to the design and supply of specialised equipment such as launching trusses, straddle carriers, gantry cranes, casting machines as well as other custom lifting, moving and casting devices. /ppbr / /ppWebsite /p pbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppWe are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for the civil works industry at worldwide level. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppManage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction machinery projects: from concept, design, and engineering to delivery and assembly. /ppCoordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers. /ppDevelop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules. /ppbr / /ppEnsure the design and engineering comply with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. /ppOversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems. /ppSupervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with technical teams.
/ppIdentify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. /ppServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project. /ppEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during all project phases. /ppDrive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. /ppbr / /ppstrongQualifications and Experience /strong /ppBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related technical field. /pp3+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems, preferably in the civil works or infrastructure sector. /ppbr / /ppStrong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to technical and contractual detail. /ppProficient in project management software (e.G., MS Project, Primavera) and standard engineering tools (e.G., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus. /ppPMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. /ppbr / /ppExcellent communication skills in Italian and English. /ppbr / /ppstrongWorking conditions /strong /ppOffice-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations. /ppbr / /ppstrongTerms and conditions /strong /ppPermanent job. /ppAnnual Base Salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 EURO. /ppSmart Working 1 day per week. /ppbr / /ppThis position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, nationality, or background, in full alignment with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. /p
