Account Executive - Automotive/ Manufacturing

Salesforce is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Milan, Italy, focused on the Manufacturing and Automotive industry. As a trusted partner, you won't just sell AI agents - you'll work alongside them to deliver meaningful outcomes for a defined set of strategic accounts. In this role, you will build robust relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, align Salesforce's value proposition to customer business objectives, and drive sustained growth across your territory.

Responsibilities
- Own and develop account strategies to achieve sales objectives, identifying and qualifying opportunities within assigned accounts and driving growth across Salesforce's full platform.
- Uncover customer business challenges and strategic goals through research and discovery, developing compelling value propositions that address customer needs through an understanding of technology solutions.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, driving customer satisfaction,



retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support deal closure and customer success, clearly communicating Salesforce's value through value-based selling, storytelling, and industry insights.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead account planning, manage the full sales cycle, and navigate large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience selling into the Manufacturing and Automotive sector in Italy, with knowledge of relevant industry challenges and customer use cases.
- Business fluency in both Italian and English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Agentforce, AI, or data-driven transform
