The main role of this figure is to develop and implement software solutions according to the predefined functional analysis and application architecture, ensuring the quality, scalability, performance and maintainability of the code. The Senior Java Developer will also be responsible for coordinating and providing technical guidance to a small team of vendor-provided developers, overseeing their day-to-day activities and ensuring the quality and consistency of their deliverables. /ppbr/ppThe role is designed for an experienced engineer who wants to expand their impact from individual contribution and team-level technical leadership toward broader software architecture responsibilities. /ppbr/ppWorking closely with the Software Architect Manager, the candidate will progressively take ownership of more complex design and architectural decisions, contribute to the evolution of the organization's technical landscape, and develop the skills and experience required to progress toward a bJunior Software Architect role /b within approximately 12–18 months, based on demonstrated capabilities and organizational needs. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbMain tasks and responsibilities: /b /pulliLeads and coordinates the development and implementation of Java-based software solutions according to the defined functional requirements and application architecture. /liliProvides technical guidance and support to a small team of external developers, coordinating their activities and ensuring the quality and consistency of their deliverables.



/liliTranslates functional requirements and architectural guidelines into robust, scalable, maintainable, secure and high-quality software implementations. /liliReviews code and technical solutions, ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices, security requirements and established technology guidelines. /liliIdentifies and evaluates technical solutions, improvements, and implementation alternatives to address functional and non-functional requirements. /liliCollaborates with the Software Architect Manager and other technical stakeholders to ensure that implementations are aligned with the defined application architecture and technology stack. /liliSupports troubleshooting, performance optimization, and resolution of complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. /liliContributes to the continuous improvement of development practices, tools, frameworks, and technical standards. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills and experiences: /b /pulliMaster’s degree in information technology or similar fields /liliMin 7 years’ experience in a similar position with a clear track record in programming /liliExcellent Knowledge of Java 8 and 21, Spring Boot, Quarkus, RESTful API + Json and Soap API, RedHat Openshift or Kubernates, Message Broker (RabbitQM, Kafka) /liliKnowledge of one or more of the following DBs and cloud services appreciated: MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, AWS (nice to have)
