Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty is looking for a proactive, organized, and multitasking Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover). As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the Europe & Africa Managing Director, focusing on optimizing his time by skilfully prioritizing correspondence, streamlining daily operations, and providing creative problem-solving.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Managing Director in managing daily activities, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, preparing documents, and handling communications.
- Manage scheduling by coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring effective organization and follow-up.
- Learn and identify business priorities to help executive leadership manage and maximize their time. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, logistics, and visas for the Managing Director.
- Maintain and update the annual calendar of key business activities, milestones, and deliverables. Anticipate changes and adjust plans when priorities shift.
- Support document preparation and facilitate approval processes, including signatures and authorizations requiring Managing Director involvement.
