Salary: USD 1,800 to USD 2,000 per month, based on location and experience
Hours: Full overlap with EST, 9am to 5pm
Location: Remote, LATAM

The role
You own full cycle recruitment for accounting roles. Sourcing, screening, first level interviews, assessment coordination, offers. You run your own pipelines end to end rather than handing candidates off. You are the second recruiter on a small people team supporting an outsourced accounting firm headquartered in Canada. Our clients are 7- to 9-figure eCommerce brands, and we hire the accountants, senior accountants, accounting managers and finance leaders who serve them. You will live in ClickUp, LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox. You will also be the first person most candidates speak to, so how you handle them is how our brand looks.You work full EST hours, 9am to 5pm. This is not a role we flex on. You are coordinating interviews across the leadership team and candidates in several time zones.
Must have
3+ years in full cycle recruitment, owning roles from first outreach to signed offer
Global recruitment experience. You have hired across multiple regions and time zones, and you understand how salary expectations, notice periods and work culture differ between them.
LinkedIn Recruiter. Hands on: projects, InMail campaigns, boolean search. You can show us searches you have built.
Juicebox. You have run AI sourcing agents and sequences, not just clicked through a demo.
ClickUp. We run our entire recruitment process in it. You need to be able to work in it from day one.
English at C1 level or above. You will be assessing candidates for client facing roles, so you need to judge communication accurately. You cannot hold a bar you do not clear yourself.
Genuinely organised. Inbox and task list at zero daily. This role breaks without it.
Comfortable with volume. There is real sifting in
