Key ResponsibilitiesGuide Italian real estate companies on using onOffice enterprise software and modules via phone and online channels.
Process and resolve software inquiries systematically through our CRM ticketing system, documenting clear solutions.
Customize property listing templates (exposés)
and contract structures to simplify daily client operations. Collaborate directly with specialized technical departments at our German headquarters on complex software cases.
RequirementsPractical experience in customer service, software support, or technical client care (open to both entry-level talent and experienced support professionals).Fluent Italian skills for client communication, strong English for international teamwork, and basic German skills for internal collaboration with headquarters.
Strong active listening skills, logical problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering practical user solutions.
Comfort working with modern web-based software tools and structured workflow management systems.
