Business Finance Partner – Southern Region (EMEA)Leading Global Asset ManagerWe are partnering with a leading global asset manager to recruit a Business Finance Partner for their Southern Region, covering Italy, Iberia and Latin America. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of finance, distribution and marketing, working closely with senior regional leadership and the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer. The Business Finance Partner will provide strategic financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to senior stakeholders across the Southern Region. The role plays a key part in shaping regional strategy, ensuring financial discipline, and driving performance across sales, marketing and product initiatives.
You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into clear commercial insights and helping guide decisions that impact growth,
profitability and resource allocation.
Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Southern Region
Evaluate commercial initiatives, business cases and investment opportunities
Collaborate with global finance and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Continuously improve financial processes, reporting and data qualityAbout You
Strong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A; or commercial finance
Background in asset management, financial services or a similar complex matrix environment
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Comfortable working across multiple countries and business lines
Fluent in English (Italian language skills preferred)
