YOUR OPPORTUNITY
In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth opportunities are endless. You will work in the Financial Services Industry Regulatory team at our Milan office.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:
- drafting opinions and legal memoranda on banking, financial and insurance law and related research;
- drafting and reviewing contracts relating to financial and insurance products;
- conducting legal due diligence on entities operating in the financial services sector;
- Compliance Assessments regarding client companies' compliance with financial regulations;
- assisting clients with anti-money laundering regulations.
Our Requirements
You meet the profile we are looking for if you have a master's degree in law, wish to undertake legal practice, have a passion for financial markets regulation (Financial Intermediaries Regulations) and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
Teamwork attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity and flexibility complete the profile.
