Integration and Interface Coordinator

Main responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project technical interfaces between multiple work packages / Contractors, Drilling and Reservoir engineering to ensure compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set and overall design integrity
- Ensure cost effective integration between different packages / Contractors and between surface and subsurface activities
- Ensure Technical integrity of the interfaces
- Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any
- Assure technical cooperation in the team and with Contractors in order to minimize technical and economic risks.
Key activities
- Liaising with all technical managers in order to assure alignment and consistency of design.
- Issue regularly the interface status report (including progress status and identification of concerns)
- Organize and managing regular interface meetings with contractors in order to reduce technical and economic risks, negotiating the best solution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
- Work experience of eight (8) years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports
