Soteco International with head office in Ceranesi (GE – Italy) is searching for a Field Service Engineer, responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer support while ensuring equipment operates safely and
efficiently.
Job Classification and Compensation:
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €30,000.00 to €40,000.00, to be determined based on professional skills and experience gained.
Permanent employment contract
Classification Level: Livello C3 – CCNL Metalmeccanica – Aziende Industriali – CNEL C011
Key Duties:
- Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedules.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or software-related issues.
- Conduct equipment inspections and performance testing.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.




- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Recommend upgrades, repairs, or replacement parts to improve equipment performance.
- Travel frequently to customer sites as required.
