About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join a Commercial Business Technology team, acting as the key connection between business stakeholders and technical teams. This is a business-focused Product Ownership role centered on understanding business needs, defining product vision and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that engineering teams are working on the initiatives that deliver the greatest value. The business operates extensively within Salesforce,
so previous experience working with Salesforce-enabled products or business processes is required. However, this is not a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or Architect role, and deep hands-on Salesforce expertise is not required.
Candidates must also bring previous experience within Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a closely related industry.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, requirements, and opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering and technical teams throughout discovery, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Lead backlog re
