FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Financial Controller, to join HQ Finance department, responsible for ensuring accurate Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, business planning processes across the assigned region(s)/offices.
The role’s key responsibilities are:
FINANCIAL PLANNING & CONTROL
Manage monthly closing activities for the assigned areas;
Perform in-depth financial and economic analysis of current results, providing insights on future business performance
Prepare management Reports for Senior Stakeholders
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure cost control of Opex




Gather business and managerial data to support short, medium and long-term planning.
Liaise with Diesel Group regional/offices teams to coordinate financial planning processes and monthly closures, ensuring deadlines are met
Monitor and analyze financial statements
Analyze results by business/product category to support Business Partners and Finance Community through variance analysis and actionable recommendations
Main interfaces:
You will be part of Diesel HQ Finance Team, reporting to the Global Financial Controlling Manager and will work closely with:
Regional Controlling teams at a global level;
Operations and Business Controlling departments;
Global Sales Planning team.
Requirements:
3-5 year experience in a similar role, with a particular focus on financial controlling of foreign subsidiaries.
Degree in Economics and/or Finance, strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
