We are currently looking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead, you will play a key role in protecting our client'smanufacturing operations by working closely with Manufacturing local teams, IT departments, Information Security, and global stakeholders. You will drive Cybersecurity initiatives across our OT environment while helping factories strengthen their cyber resilience and adopt secure ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment across factories and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with factory leadership, OT factory teams, Digital Engineering, IT departments, and Information Security stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
Contribute to the deployment and governance of key cybersecurity standards, processes, and best practices across manufacturing environments such as OT
Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management,
Backup & Recovery, and Network Security.
Lead the implementation of OT Solutions ownership model, identifying OT solutions and deploying Service management practices and Service criticality assessment across Manufacturing Operations.
Support manufacturing sites in identifying, assessing, and resolving OT cybersecurity risks, issues, and actions.
Monitor cybersecurity performance and provide clear reporting on risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigation activities.
Support OT factory teams in cybersecurity assessments, incident investigations, and remediation activities.
Deliver training, awareness sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities across OT factory teams and other departments.
Key Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiativ
