LHH is seeking regional sales engineer.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be directly responsible for:
- driving revenue growth, key account development and commercial strategy
execution while leading sales performance and team success across a defined
regional market;
- will be responsible for delivering revenue and operational margin
targets across your assigned territory (Lombardia and Piemonte) while ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction;
- will actively develop key accounts, execute the commercial
strategy, and support business growth through structured sales activity and
strong client relationships with mechanical and automotive companies;
- will manage an existing customer portoflio;
- will be part of the corporate team and will report to the HQ international commercial director;

Your Profile

The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:




- Proven experience in sales management and key account development with mechanical or automotive companies;
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
- Ability to drive sales strategy, budgets, and forecasting;
- Strong use of CRM and ERP systems;
- Fluent English
