Reporting to the Service & Quality Manager this position will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to dealers and customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role acts as the primary point of contact for after-sales activities, warranty management, technical assistance, spare parts support, and dealer training, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Main accountabilities:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to dealers and service partners
- Manage warranty claims and related documentation
- Ensure timely and effective responses to technical inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver technical training sessions remotely, at dealer locations, and at Blupura facilities
- Support dealers in developing their technical capabilities and product knowledge
- Management of technical-commercial communication aimed to DACH customers
- Support the Sales Department with spare parts inquiries and quotations
- Assist dealers and customers in identifying the correct spare parts and service solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely warranty order processing and delivery.Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, After-Sales Service, or a similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is considered a strong advantage
- German language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken)
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Availability to travel within the DACH region and occasionally internationally for dealer visits, training activities, and customer support.Workplace: Recanati (MC)- ItalyBase Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €25,000 - €30,000
