Dragonpass is a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits for frequent flyers and global citizens. We’re a B2B2C business offering a suite of premium travel and lifestyle benefits through our enterprise clients, who pass these benefits on to their end customers.
As Sales Manager, you’ll take a proactive, front-foot role in driving growth across Western Europe — targeting organisations operating in the cardholder, loyalty, and member benefits ecosystem .
This isn’t an account management role.
This is about opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing high-value deals .
Proactively target and win new business across financial services, fintech, travel, mobile and membership sectors
Identify, engage and convert opportunities in the cardholder and member benefits space
Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive market expansion across Western Europe
Spot opportunities within both new prospects and existing clients to maximise revenue growth
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and delivery teams to drive client success
Market-leading platform – trusted, proven and in high demand
