As a 2nd Level Service Technician, you will provide hands-on support to 1st Level Support teams, ensuring maximum uptime of TUBE machines at customer premises worldwide.

Our service team is made up of dedicated and passionate experts who strive to create an outstanding customer experience.
Installing, fully disassembling, revising, assembling, commissioning & handing over Bystronic tube laser machines, including system integrations.
Act as role models to mentor other technicians.
Assemble electric, pneumatic and hydraulic installations.
Perform advanced repairs and measurements.
Retrofit Bystronic Machines at the customer site, including modifying and retrofitting electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose and adjust parameters of CNC/PLC systems.
Perform CNC/PLC software updates / downgrades and tests whether those were successful.
Customer interactions:
Iidentify needs and opportunity for upgrades to support customer needs.
Advice and optimization suggestions for machines at the customer’s place.
Internal collaboration and learning:
Complete and communicate required reports such as: service reports, customer feedback and installation documentation in CRM.
Train other employees on safety instructions and technological skills in PLC / CNC knowledge.
Follow and initiate quality improvements per ISO guidelines.
