We help brands evaluate opportunities beyond their core business while protecting their identity and long-term value.
We are seeking a Category Manager based in Milan to support projects across beauty, fragrance, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle categories.
The role is suited to professionals who understand category strategy, consumer demand, product portfolios, and how brands expand into adjacent opportunities.
Support product portfolio and category strategy discussions.
Provide insights into product opportunities and market movements.
Support selected brands exploring new categories in China.
Experience in category management, product strategy,
merchandising, consumer insights, or brand management.
Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer products is preferred.
Strong understanding of consumer trends and category dynamics.
Commercial and analytical mindset.
Experience working with international brands is an advantage.
