Job Description
Are you passionate about motorcycles and vehicle technology? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and helping others find effective solutions? MSX has an exciting opportunity for you.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Diagnostic Support Agent to join our team.
In this role, you will provide technical support, assist with troubleshooting activities,
and work closely with dealers to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support via phone and ticketing systems
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and monitor follow-up activities
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Participate in technical training and development activities
• Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support
Qualifications
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for motorcycles.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2 level or above)
• Passion for motorcycles and vehicle technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
