This role in summary
Beko Europe is looking for a motivated and analytical intern to join the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O;) organization. The intern will support operational excellence initiatives across multiple technology domains,
including Network, Cloud, SAP, End User Services, Data Center, Security and Infrastructure Operations.
The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations while contributing to data-driven decision-making, performance analytics, process improvement and automation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include
Operational Performance Analytics
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple infrastructure domains.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.
- Support the creation of regular management reports and executive summaries.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Measure operational performance against SLAs, KPIs, and service targets.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Support the identification of repetitive operational activities suitable for automation.
