About the Role
As part of the Bybit Fiat team, we are looking for a P2P Regional Operations Manager to drive growth and operational performance across Latin American markets. You will be responsible for merchant ecosystem development, user growth, market expansion, and day-to-day P2P operational excellence in the region.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who deeply understands the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape, is passionate about building P2P ecosystems, and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will work closely with local merchants and users on the ground while coordinating with global Product, Marketing, Community, and Customer Service teams.
This role is fully remote, based in a Latin American country with proximity to the local merchant community.
