Context of the Position
As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity,



establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.
This position is designed for an analytical, process-driven Reverse Logistics and Inventory expert. The role demands a professional who can build an end-to-end e-commerce returns processing, grading, and liquidation framework from scratch, turning a traditional cost center into an optimized value-recovery stream.
The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Build, lead, and optimize our dedicated Reverse Processing and Returns department in the Milan region, ensuring rapid item grading, maximum inventory recovery, and minimized liquidation loss.
- The Scope: You will take full operational ownership of the returns processing facility/zone—overseeing customer return intake, product quality grading, WMS inventory reintegration, refurbishment workflows, and local liquidation vendor management.
