The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing the hotel's day-to-day operations,
ensuring the highest standards of service excellence while fostering a culture of genuine hospitality, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
Position Summary
The Director is responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative areas of the hotel, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest experience across every department.
Working closely with the ownership, and department heads, this role ensures that every aspect of the guest journey reflects the property's luxury positioning and personalized service philosophy.
The Director is a highly visible leader, naturally engaged with guests and team members, leading by example and creating an environment where service excellence becomes part of the hotel's culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
