Role purpose:
We are looking for a Tourism Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the tourism strategy across Franciacorta Designer Village, Valdichiana Designer Village and Palmanova Designer Village, positioning each destination within its unique tourism ecosystem while contributing to the overall growth of the portfolio.
The role is accountable for driving domestic and international tourist visitation, increasing tourism-related sales and strengthening the Villages' positioning as leading shopping destinations in Northern and Central Italy.
The Tourism and Marketing Manager will also support the wider FREY Premium Outlet portfolio, particularly Berlin and Malmö, working closely with each local team, and external tourism partners. The role is structured as 80% dedicated to Italian portfolio Villages and 20% to European Group Outlet destinations and combines strategic tourism planning, business development and destination marketing to maximize commercial opportunities across the portfolio.
Your tasks:
Reporting directly to the Center Manager of Franciacorta Designer Village, with a dotted-line (functional) reporting relationship to the Head of Marketing & Communication Southern Europe, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Tourism Strategy & Portfolio Development
- Define and implement the annual Tourism Marketing Strategy across Franciacorta Designer Village, Valdichiana Designer Village and Palmanova Designer Village.
