Role Purpose:
Ensure the efficient coordination of customer service and logistics activities, including the warehouses, supporting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability to support business operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns,
complaints, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and customer service activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery performance.
- Support product traceability and ensure proper use of SAP within daily operations.
- Monitor logistics and customer service KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in the management of export documentation and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of customs procedures (duties,clearence,etc...) and international trade compliance, supporting import/export operations and cross-border logistics activities.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Ord
