GreenYellow seeks an experienced Legal Counsel for Italy to support the company’s commercial activity across Italy, ensuring legal rigor and business alignment. You will report to the GY Italia General Manager and the Legal Director Europe, coordinating with the Paris team for consistency across Europe.
The role requires 4–6 years in an energy company or law firm, with expertise in PPA and UaaS contract drafting. Italian and English fluency is essential; French is a plus.
