About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to support the management of complex projects.The role combines coordination, tracking, and documentation — ensuring that every task, file, and deliverable is properly monitored and completed on time.You’ll be responsible for keeping the project plan updated, verifying supplier deliverables, following up on payments and milestones, and supporting the technical consultant during validation phases.Over time, if you’re curious, you can also learn the project’s technical aspects, but your main focus will remain on organization, planning, and follow-up.Key Responsibilities- Maintain and regularly update the project plan (Gantt) and ensure deadlines are met.- Track progress on each task and coordinate with suppliers and consultants.- Verify deliverables and related documentation before approvals or payments.- Support the technical consultant in validation and review processes.- Manage project files, folders, and version control in shared environments.- Monitor project milestones and related
