Within the Agorai Innovation Hub we are looking for a Legal Senior – IP & Technology Contracts.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Drafting, reviewing,
and negotiating technology and commercial contracts, including software development agreements, technology partnerships, and joint development arrangements.
- Advising on intellectual property and industrial property matters, including patents, software protection, trade secrets, and trademarks, ensuring the company’s IP assets are properly identified, registered, and safeguarded.
- Drafting and negotiating service agreements, joint venture contracts, and partnership frameworks.
